Phone lines at the University Medical Centre are open from 8am to 6:30 pm, Monday through to Friday.
Please note that until 30th September 2026 our telephone lines are answered by Bath Emergency Medical Services (BEMS) between 6pm and 6:30pm
Telephone calls coming into the Practice will be automatically directed to BEMS, who can be contacted via 111 between 6pm and 6:30pm, until the
Out of Hours service starts at 6.30pm.
From 1st October 2026 the phone lines are open from 8am to 6:30pm and will be answered by our University Medical Centre Reception Team.

If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or call 111.
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
