Our Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses and our Advanced Paramedic Practitioner (ACP) will see patients by appointment.
The nursing team are able to undertake blood tests, provide contraception advice and pills, perform routine blood pressure checks, ECGs, provide wound management and dressings, offer supported self-help for mild mental health problems, manage sexual health screening, provide travel immunisations and cervical smears.
They can offer advice on numerous health care topics including chronic disease management for asthma and diabetes and offer sexual health and travel health clinics throughout the year.
Nurse Practitioners can diagnose, prescribe medication and offer support for your health care in a similar way to the care which is offered by a GP.
Paramedics / Advanced Care Practitioners can diagnose, prescribe medication and can treat most acute conditions. Can offer support for your health care in a similar way to that which is offered by a GP.
Practice Nurses can manage chronic diseases for conditions such as asthma and diabetes, smears, wound management, injections, child and baby immunisations

Our Nurse Practitioner has a special interest in female health conditions and sexual health, including fitting intrauterine devices (coils) and implants.
Kathie is also a Nurse Prescriber and is available for minor health conditions via telephone or face to face clinic appointments.

Our Advanced Care Practitioner can manage acute primary care needs of patients of all ages and this may be via telephone advice/video consultation or face-to-face clinic appointment. They can manage acute neurological, respiratory, gastrointestinal, dermatological, ENT, paediatrics, musculoskeletal disorders and mental health conditions as well as facilitate repeats prescription requests and referrals.
Tracy McKie RGN – Practice Nurse Prescriber
Our Practice Nurse Prescriber specialises in asthma and diabetes and is a nurse prescriber who can provide advise on all aspects of sexual health and contraception.
Tamsin Quirke RGN – Practice Nurse
Our Practice Nurse can manage cervical smears, child immunisations, wound care, asthma reviews and take blood samples.
Sharon Lloyd RGN – Practice Nurse
Our Practice Nurse supports the nursing team and provides nurse support during minor surgery sessions.
Sara Luttrell Health Care Assistant
Our Health Care Assistant supports the nursing team and is able to take bloods, blood pressures, wound dressings and general health checks.
